Joe Dybala began his professional photography and custom framing career in Rosenberg, Texas in 1974. He married his wife, Addie in 1976 and together they established their studio in 1981. Starting freelance from their home, business began to grow. With the encouragement of many customers and friends, they took the next step and leased a commercial space in a small shopping center. In 1987, Joe and Addie purchased a building a few blocks away where they operated their studio for the next 25 years. In early 2013, Joe and Addie had the opportunity to relocate their studio on the square in historic Fayetteville, Texas, making Joe the 4th generation of Dybalas to call Fayetteville home.
Joe has received many state, regional, and national awards. In 1995, Joe earned The Master of Photography Degree presented by the Professional Photographers of America for superior photographic excellence. In January 2017, Joe earned the Photographic Craftsman Degree in recognition of his service to the photographic profession as an orator, author and mentor.
In early 2017 Joe retired from his portrait photography career so he can devote all his time to custom framing. Joe can assist you with of all your custom framing projects. From the simplest frame to intricate matting, shadowbox detail and fine art conservation, no job is too large or too small. You can trust that your project is always in capable hands. Addie is the business manager and receptionist. After interning part-time during college, daughter-in-law Cat Dybala, M. Photog., M. Artist became the full-time photographic artist in 2008. Cat continues to earn awards on a state and national level for her expertise in photo restorations and electronic imaging.
